Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of existing/new process and workflow improvement.
  • Optimizing productivity by innovative design, experiment and implementation to processes, machinery and new product.
  • Execution and improvement of Kaizen activities.
  • Improve and execution of MES, WMS, MRP integration with ERP system.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in industrial engineering concepts and tools, including process optimization, time and motion studies, statistical analysis, and production planning.
• At least 2 years in manufacturing and business background.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production personnel, supervisors, and engineers, to implement process improvements and achieve project goals effectively.
