Pecca Aviation Services Sdn. Bhd. participated in the Malaysia Aerospace Summit 2024 (MyAero 2024) at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), Kuala Lumpur, on 19-20 August 2024. Organized by the National Aerospace Industry Corporation (NAICO) and supported by PERKESO, the event provided Pecca Aviation a platform to showcase its innovative products and capabilities, expanding its presence in the Malaysian aviation sector.
The summit, themed “Fueling Innovation, Igniting Connections: Malaysia Takes Flight,” was officiated by YB Liew Chin Tong, Deputy Minister of Investment, Trade, and Industry. YB Liew emphasized Malaysia’s potential to lead ASEAN in sustainable aerospace practices, aligning with global environmental demands. He expressed optimism about the industry’s future growth and encouraged participants to seize emerging opportunities.
The event also featured a career and education fair focused on the aviation industry, organized by NAICO in collaboration with PERKESO. Pecca Group Berhad’s HR team was present to engage with potential candidates, expressing the company’s intent to hire talent to support its business expansion.
On the first day, Pecca Aviation’s Senior Commercial Manager, Mr. Fareza Fazidi bin Fazi, presented innovations in cabin refurbishments, including 3D printing and advanced visualization technologies like interactive carpets and projector displays. He underscored Pecca Aviation’s commitment to safety and quality, highlighting compliance with DOA, POA, and Part 145 certifications, ensuring that their innovations meet stringent safety standards.
The two-day event was a success for Pecca Aviation, yielding valuable leads and positive feedback, further establishing the company’s role in advancing Malaysia’s aerospace industry.
