Pecca Group Berhad was honored to secure a spot and get featured in The Peak Malaysia’s June 2024 edition. The Peak Malaysia, a prestigious media outlet, reached out to the company for their Next Gen 2024 column to feature the future stars of the company.
Next-Generation Business Leaders Feature
They’ve invited the Group Executive Director, Mr. Hugo Teoh being the second-generation leader of the company for an interview and photoshoot session. The two other future leaders featured on the cover were Mr. Daryl Foong of The Aquawalk Group and Mr. Hoe Kian Choon from Cuckoo International (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Mr. Hugo was one of the few to be featured on the top next-generation business leaders’ column, having taken the lead in helming a family business. He also teased about the future ventures and shared his vision for the company. Mr. Hugo mentioned and quoted: “We want to become a one stop solution company. So, you’re not only talking about leather seat covers; we supply whole seat structures and other interior items: trays, belts, overhead storage. We also provide maintenance, repairs, and deep cleaning of the aircrafts.”
The Executive Director also discussed his contribution to the company which he also highlighted the shortcomings and challenges. He emphasized the company’s collaboration with major car makers such as major car manufacturers like Perodua, Proton, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Nissan and more which help scaled the landscape of the company. Mr Hugo also company’s expertise in the aviation industry and healthcare industry. He shared insights into the close kinship with his family and how his parents’ strict upbringing shaped him into the leader he is today.
