Tan Sri Dato’ Setia Mazlan bin Mansor

Tan Sri Dato’ Setia Mazlan Mansor was appointed to the Board on 21 May 2026 as an Independent Non-Executive Chairman.

He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Wales, Aberystwyth, and obtained a Certificate in Legal Practice. He served in the Royal Malaysia Police for almost 41 years until his retirement as Deputy Inspector-General in August 2020, having joined the force as a Senior Police Officer in 1979.

Throughout his policing career, he held various senior positions within the Royal Malaysia Police, including Director of the Commercial Crime Investigation Department, Chief Police Officer of Selangor, Commissioner of Police Sarawak, and Chief Police Officer of Melaka, and has vast experience in investigation work. He has also received numerous state and federal awards for his invaluable contribution towards the public service, particularly in the area of public security.

He currently serves as Deputy Chairman of Selangor Islamic Religious Council (MAIS), Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Islam Darul Ehsan and sits on the Board of Ocean Assets Trustee Berhad as well as RCE Capital Berhad. He is also a member of the Police Force Commission.

He does not have any family relationships with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company.
